Kevin, with an “L”
Some people call me Kevin so first thing’s first. My name is Kelvin. It sounds like Kevin but actually, mine has an "L" somewhere in the middle. Then my full name would be Kelvin Carlo Baluyot.
I reside in the heroic province of Bataan. I used to write songs and play guitar most of the time for my own hearing pleasure :D. Nowadays, my past time aside from reading smashingmagazine.com involves shooting photos with Rico and Abs, watching movies with my loved ones, or taking our dog Shelby for a walk. Occassionally, I go out with my friends to have a drink at one of our friend's place (most of the time at Jon and Ayieh's house) for some get-together and relaxation purposes XD. On weekends, you might see me driving around Balanga with Aimee, the girl I have been inloved with for more than 8 years now. (We're not married yet but we're planning to be in the near future. Maybe tomorrow, or the day after, who knows? XD)
I believe in God, thus I always try to live a good life. And one of the things that keeps me on trying is this book given by my sister. I read it every night. Sure it doesn't make me as good as a saint, but it makes me want to learn more about God and get closer to Him. Maybe you can try and get a copy, it's really worth it. :)
I have always loved art! That's why I immediately became a fan of photoshop in 2004. Back then, I only get to use this awesome program in manipulating some "friendster photos" and creating boring print designs but then I was taught about HTML. Soon after, I have became fascinated with beautiful and effective websites. I got interested on how web designers and web developers create their sites, hence, I pursued this career. I landed a web design job in Auction.ph last July 2007 and then worked for Packagewebdeals under the same position. Now I am working as a freelance web designer with a goal in mind that someday, my works will also inspire others to enter the world of web designing and get good at it.
